Who we are

Aloha Coverage is operated by SHIMA Creative LLC, a Hawaiʻi limited liability company. We connect people looking for auto and home insurance with licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company or agency, and submitting a form does not bind coverage.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number and email address.
• Your answers to our questions, which may include your current insurance history, moving violations and accidents, vehicle year and VIN, and whether you own and live in your home.
• Basic technical data, such as how you reached our site, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

We collect this through our website and through forms on Facebook and Instagram.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with a licensed agent who can review your coverage, to contact you about your request, and to improve our ads and website.

Who we share it with

We share your information with our participating licensed insurance agency partners, currently Allstate-affiliated agents in Hawaiʻi, so they can contact you with coverage options. We also use service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and advertising platforms, and we may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, texts and emails

If you check the consent box or submit a form with our consent notice, you agree that we and our agency partners may contact you by phone, text message (including by automated technology) and email about insurance products and services. Consent is not required to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Do Not Call requests

If you ask us not to contact you, we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and pass the request to our agency partners within 10 business days.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, and we keep consent records for up to 5 years to meet legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing shimacreativeco@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
